<p>It was created by the Editor in Chief of Prevention magazine along with the help of a nutrition editor for the magazine.  The great thing about the MUFA foods is that this diet claims to work just by eating 1 MUFA food at every meal.  These include avocado, sunflower oil, olive oil, seeds, nuts, and flax oil.  I suppose if you really think about it of course eating healthy will allow you to lose weight.  The diet also recommends eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and the amount of meat that is eaten. <span id="more-6"></span> The craziest part of the diet is that they say you can lose weight around your midsection without even exercising.  They do recommend a small amount of exercise each day, but that is just common sense.  The Flat Belly Diet was created for the lazy person.</p>
