Salmon and cottage cheese wraps

Salmon is high in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids (the good fat). A recent study has shown that healthy fats keep us fuller for longer. So this lunch will ensure that you don’t get any hunger pangs. You can include a salad if you like to fill you up even more.  Just make sure that you use a light/fat reduced salad dressing, that you use fat reduced feta cheese and that you skip the croutons.

Including more fat burning foods in your diet will also help you even more. But what ever you do, please stay away from fad diets, like the 1000 calorie diet. They will only harm your long term weight loss by slowing down your metabolism. Rather stick to a healthy, balanced diet and include fat burning foods in your diet to lose fat.
